We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, including cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. To secure your appointment, we ask that you provide us with a valid credit card number upon booking your massage therapy session. We understand the sensitive nature of this information and assure you that we will handle it with the utmost care and security.

Charges for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

If you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the missed session to the credit card on file. This charge compensates our therapists for their time that could have been allocated to another client in need of our services.
